Can you identify this car?

SAHB committee member Craig Horner has sent us this picture with a request for an identification of the car.  The picture comes from a student at Manchester Metropolitan University who is researching Maurice Egerton of Tatton Hall, near Knutsford in Cheshire.

The location is clear from the caption: The Aviation Ground, Eastchurch, Sheppey Isle.  The picture dates from 1909/1910, and we reproduce it here with the kind permission of Errol Martyn.
