A request for information

Has anybody heard of Hugh Young in the context of old-car originality?

James Loveridge’s recent review of Paul Griffin’s book The Past and the Spurious (see the Book Reviews section on the left here) referred to the “UK expert” Hugh Young who has expressed opinions on the legal aspects of what makes an old car truly “original”. Unfortunately, neither author Paul nor reviewer James (both lawyers) can find out anything about him.

“The late Hugh Young, a longstanding and highly respected member and officer of the Bentley Drivers Club” was quoted in Brewer vs. Mann.
