Can you identify this car?

Len Huff (a true enthusiast for the coachbuilders Abbott of Farnham) has sent us this delightful picture of a 1920s doctor’s coupé (although, since it looks American, we suppose it should be a doctor’s coupe).  He would be very grateful if somebody could identify it.  The picture came originally from Bruce Dowell (Sunbeam man – it’s not a Sunbeam).  Len thinks the body might be a special one built by Page & Hunt, Abbott predecessors.  The radiator and tall filler cap can just be seen forward of the tree.  The disc (disk?) wheels are very American.
